Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the AffiliateBuddha service as an affiliate. By signing up for the AffiliateBuddha affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions. Thank You for Your Interest in Promoting Our Products! You will be able to find promotional tools, techniques, and assistance, at http://affiliatebuddha.com, specifically to help you succeed as an affiliate marketer. Our products will let you earn a commission on the sale price of products or ongoing commissions from subscription based membership sites. Your commissions will be paid to your Paypal account. AffiliateBuddha will not be held responsible for a delay in your commission payout should Paypal be out of service on the day your commission payment is due. If Paypal is out of service on the day you are due to receive a commission payout, your commission payout will be sent to your Paypal account within 24 hours of Paypal service resuming. The catalog of products available for promotion through the Affiliatebuddha program is continually growing. It is designed to offer you a wide variety of product niches, price points, and membership sites to choose from, for you to promote. Failure to promote items in an ethical manner (i.e. no spam-type marketing or promotions), or promoting items in any way that is harmful or reflects negatively on AffiliateBuddha.com, or any of our associated websites, will result in your immediate removal from this affiliate program, and your forfeiture of any unpaid commissions. AffiliateBuddha will be the sole arbiter on whether or not you are conducting spam-type marketing or promotions, and whether you are promoting items in a way which is harmful or reflects negatively on AffiliateBuddha or any of our associated websites. Commissions: Information concerning each individual product or website's commission structure can be found through your affiliate control panel at http://affiliatebuddha.com. Depending upon the product or website, the commission will typically be between 50% and 100% of the sale price of the product or membership. Payment of Commissions: The amount in commissions your are due must equal $100 dollars or more before you will receive a payout. Commissions will be paid monthly for any commissions earned the prior month. Your commission payment is delivered to your PayPal account on or before the 5th day of the month (excluding holidays), if you are due to receive a commission payment at that time. You are responsible for paying any Paypal fees associated with your Paypal account. Any funds you are due, but which remain un-paid because you have not reached the $100 threshold for payment, will be paid to you on or before December 31.
